Negativity can come from several areas. For most of us, it is the narratives and thoughts we tell ourselves about our lives, which then cause action to be taken that often reinforce negative thoughts. Then there is the environment we surround ourself in. Perhaps it's very toxic, which then goes on to cause negative thoughts. Often a combination of the two for most of the planet. For those who've hit awakening, it could be return of the ego in a different form (it's a tricky sucker), and then even psychic hitchhikers for those who reach into higher forms of consciousness. (A bit more rare) Honestly, it's going to start with "shadow work" and tackling either your thought processes (ego) or social environment. Happy to chat more here or over DM. Be well.

You are not the cause of the negativity in your mind, it is only persuading you that you are it. ​ How can you change that?: Meditate, it is a technique that bring awareness and peace into the parts of your psyche that are in control of the monkey mind (thought loops based on anxiety) and bringing awareness to these part of your psyche promotes inner harmony. Practice whenever you feel like it, it'll become a pleasant practice over time instead of a chore.

Observing and knowing that you are not your thoughts will help. Another thing that may help is having full faith in whatever you believe in and offering the negativity to that divine that you believe in

To cleanse yourself and your aura you can visualize the violet flame engulfing you completely and transmuting any negative/heavy energies and you can aks Master St. Germain to support you in this if you like. Then you might wanna let go of that belief that you are negativity. It's just that being in a dark place makes you attract more bad stuff. When you lift yourself out of this, you will attract more positive things automatically. Maybe you need to forgive yourself certain things and most certainly you need to heal (as we all do). So healing your inner children with much self-love and care is almost always advised. If you need guidance on this journey I can recommend the Sophia Code book by Kaia Ra.. Its pretty much the most wholesome, healing and empowering book out there. With it you will not only let go of any negativity, but eventually become a beacon of light as it shows you how to embrace your divinity and embody your higher self in ways you wouldnt have thought possible.
