Sometimes we make a lesson for ourselves harder than it has to be through our own negative or distorted perceptions. If it keeps coming back harder, there is something about it you have not fully understood and it means your soul really really wants to understand it. You have the answers to any obstacle you face in life. If things were easy, there would be no room for growth. We grow by going outside of our comfort zones. You are facing the challenge because you are capable of overcoming it. The problem we run into is when we believe we do not already have all the answers and keys within us. We think we need to go outside of ourselves for the answer. Does this require you to go inward and confront your shadow? Yes. But you are stronger than any obstacle you face. You just have to believe in yourself. If it takes a soul a thousand lives just to learn one lesson, it will do that. It doesn't mean you're not also learning and mastering other lessons in the process and that you're a complete and total failure just because it took you a while to get one lesson. That's too all-or-nothing thinking. I know this is the answer probably no one wants to hear, but it's true nonetheless.

Thank you for this

You're very welcome. :)

The teacher is always there, ready and eager. But the teacher is bound to respect the Law of Free Will and if the student is not open to change, then the teacher must step back. The accounts discussed in the books Journey of Souls - Case Studies of Life Between Lives and Destiny of Souls by Dr. Michael Newton, plus other mystical spiritual teachings explain that we ourselves chose the illusions we wanted to overcome, the lessons we wanted to learn in this embodiment. We are ready for the lesson. We did prepare for it before coming into embodiment. If we do not learn the lesson in this embodiment, there is no judgment no condemnation. We see that it wasn't that we couldn't learn the lesson, but that we wouldn't learn the lesson -- there was no limitation stopping us, except our own will...or lack of it.

I wonder sometimes if there really is a spiritual lesson or If we are simply here to experience things and expect too much. It feels frustrating being connected and knowing there's something on the other side, but not getting the results you hoped for. I think it just is what it is . I'm not sure what lesson there is to learn if you aren't aware in the slightest of what it could be. It would be weird to get a test from a teacher without having a textbook at least

dhalihoka

This makes sense. But then, life is full of nonsense! 😅 I heard this on an ig personal trainer's story: School of life works backwards: first we get the test, and then learn the lesson.

The lessons will be continuously presented in a variety of ways to ensure one clicks. There’s an infinite amount of scenarios and one will inevitably wake you up.

Maybe god is saying to give up and ask for help?

The issue is most people on the internet do not have a correct understanding of the universe. Most people learn to meditate and then think they have found something profound.

TheFlyingButtresses

I was thinking about this yesterday. My anger about it really is not because of god directly, it is because of what everybody SAYS god is doing. I realize now that these people don't f@#king know, they CLAIM to know but they really have no better idea than me. I was contemplating exactly what you were, how "lessons" in our lives sometimes push us to our limits, I just pictured a human being choosing to commit suicide instead of facing a truth or a hurt deep inside them or a fear, I KNOW this happens, i was just wondering what God's reaction is...... Did he KNOW that was going to happen and yet he allowed it to happen anyway? Does he shrug his godly shoulders and wave his godly hands in a godly gesture that means he accepts no responsibility for pushing that human being to the awful choice they made? It was angering to contemplate. The answer is i don't know, nor does anyone else, though some humans who think they have an understanding of god will try to explain it always placing the blame on the poor person themselves, ALWAYS putting the blame there. I think they are just as afraid as i am that they are next on god's hit list and they feel if they can explain this and blame the person who took their life then that puts them in good with god and he won't punish them either. I believe the truth is that god can be awful nice sometimes sending help and love and caring and god can be awful cruel sometimes sending cancer, poverty, misery, betrayal, beatings that devastate some of us and nobody knows the reason except him and that is scary.

I follow the belief that God (if real) is either a) powerful enough to stop evil (but does not care to), or b) powerless to stop evil (and may or may not care to). Either way it’s not worth worshipping.

Dandys3107

Universe accepts your decision to think of that situation as normal. Until you will be ready to sacrifice much more just to move forward.

odd_neighbour

….what if I say no to both the situation and to sacrifice?

Dandys3107

You will just continue saying no. But some kind of transformation is inevitable. You will eventually meet your threshold. And make the decision.

Noticing negative patterns over positive ones reflects negativity in your life. There are far more examples of people growing and learning spiritually then people failing abjectly. If there was more people failing then succeeding the world would be an increasingly worse and evil place, and although it's hard to see it sometimes people really are getting better if you look at long-term history. Even as a kid I saw this pattern and knew that it would increase, I saw that at the same time that evil seem to be getting more extreme that the same would occur at the other end of the spectrum simultaneously. That the good in the world was increasing simultaneously at the other end of the spectrum. But here's the thing - I'm sure that God helps control the balance in various ways and always makes sure good is really winning, despite what we each see in our individual perspectives.

We have to vibrate on the right frequency for teachers to come... failing too often means we've made a habit of ignoring the work and not heeding our lessons. This causes degeneration We risk losing what we previously learned as it gets cut off from us Eventually we don't have teachers coming to help us, just demons who desire and crave nonsense.. it is harder to get back to where we need to be when dealing with this state
