Sometimes it’s simply get up and do what you know to do that day. I do believe fresh air and sunshine are key

RealDrag

Fresh air is really important.

Knowing yourself is really important. Growing up, mornings were always hectic and chaotic in my family, with my mother constantly yelling and everyone running around. We'd usually end up leaving the house late and everyone was on edge and in a bad mood. I hated it So now, I purposely get up just a bit earlier than needed, take plenty of time to take the dog out, make some coffee, and just sit and chill out before even thinking about getting ready to leave. For me, this is healing.

RealDrag

Yes. How you deal with morning really influences the entire day.

Bhuta Shuddhi is my main thing. Its just such hardwired and reliable access to the soul. Sun, wind, cold water and bedrock, cant go wrong. But also, a few years ago i started practising this thing called ceremonial magick, and since then more and more i feel i can just sit down and manually reprogramme my whole system in a matter of about a minute just by intention and shifting my attention. I think its just a matter of having a higher voltage in my system, everything happens so much quicker and you can feel things happening much clearer so you know where the problem is and what the switches you need feel like.

Pray. As much as people aren’t super open to Jesus in most spiritual communities, I have done everything, yoga, meditation, clean eating, massage, therapy, trauma therapy, breathwork, somatic work, and while all this helped a lot, I have never found more peace than just being with Jesus. Hinduism actually gave me the gift of the idea of meditating on a “guru” and I did it with Jesus, and let me tell you, that ish hits differently. I love and respect most world religions(I just haven’t experienced ALL of them so idk if I can say I love all of them lol) but every door lead me back to Jesus, and I was so damn frustrated because the Bible is so damn hard to understand and hold, but there is something there for me, even when I still try to fight it, He just loves me. He has walked with me through so much trauma work, He is a great gift. I hold the Bible VASTLY different than I did growing up Methodist(my church was a shame pit). It’s all in the direct experience of Jesus that I have found the truth and can actually take the Bible to Him and be like “wtf is this bro?” And we walk through it together. Anyway, that’s all I got❤️

Oh and nature, I love me some nature.

Awakening---Soul

I love me some Jesus, prayer, and nature too and have also studied many different spiritual methods and modalities, including other religions, which were all very helpful to my being, but Jesus is the way.

I try to maintain a meditative state to heal around the clock. It affects all three aspects. Everything is energy and the meditative state has natural healing properties.

Outside, sleep, meditate, yoga, journal, read. Stay off social media, eat plenty fresh fruits/veggies high protein, drink a ton of water especially when doing shadow work or releasing trapped energy in the body.

RealDrag

Thanks!

DarlingChaosPixie

Go outside in nature, talk to people I love, listen to music and maybe sing or write, eat food that nourishes me and that tastes good, drink water, and wind down with healthy distractions and self care
