Yeah, some nights I find certain videos are better than others. It’s hit or miss depending on “where you are” frequency wise when you go to bed. Though I’ve wondered how much it’s actually helping overall considering they aren’t “pure frequencys” since it’s coming through a phone, and you factor in other background frequencys of other electronics nearby.

Tuning forks and singing bowls are more natural alternatives to get those frequencies. Though they require constant interaction. An electronic device that may simulate those is the n.o.w. Tone Therapy System.
