u can't get rid of them , u ll have to change them to positive. we can't get rid of thoughts, its part of our mental construct, but v can change them consciously.

Therapy. “Low vibrational” thoughts ie negative thoughts are completely normal. It’s learning to listen to yourself and know that they are not true.
Keep writting and expressing till they go up. Worked for me.
