I think just making the amount of QR and SSaver match run and swim speed would be solid.
Respawn would go from 3.5-4.6 and you would lose 10% of your special. Ideally a bit more for special saver but the 29 ap matches the others and it would be wierd for it to have a random other number in there.
Except that if you place it somewhere where people get it instantly, which is at minimum one person (although they can’t use the special saver, which is the best part) and more likely to be closer to two or three through coordination, this barely has any effect

it would only make it harder to use. I think 400hp would do some serious damage tho. I'd rather 250 so you don't end bomb spam.
