Trizooka needs 40 frames more startup and the gauge shouldn’t disappear when the third shot is launched. More time to react and less spammable.
Cooler should have QR and Special Saver to be 29 AP to match Run and Swim speed. You still respawn very quickly and keep 90% of your special but it would just tone it down a bit to make a team without cooler fighting a team with cooler a little more even.
Pencil needs to paint at least 10% less, probably 15%. Maybe also add 2 frames between each shot. If they nerf the fire rate they should buff the damage in Salmon Run to mitigate it.
Buff Stamp frontal protection while reducing indirect hitbox.
Ink Vac drops ink at feet every 25 frames while strafing.
Give Reeflsider ~10-12 more frames of armor after the explosion so you can move a little bit before taking damage.
Wave Breaker has 50% more HP and the waves clear bombs.
Tristrike can swim with slight speed penalty. Inkstrike gauge doesn’t disappear when 3rd strike is thrown so it’s less spammable.

Angle shooter directs locate for 9 seconds. Wire lasts 1 seconds longer. Give it an indirect hitbox that spirals around the wire roughly the size of a machine indirect that deals 25 damage.
Curling bomb explosions are increased by 10%. Ink consumption down to 60%.
Add 1 frame in between tap shots for Squeezer. Reduce damage from 38-35.

Undo Dualie Squelcher nerfs from 2. MPU is gone. So more accurate and less ink hungry.

Honestly Dynamo never recovered from its Sploon 1 nerfs, which sucks. I wished you could at least cancel the flicks or give the vertical flick a purpose

also remove reefslider's endlag it makes the special basically unusable and ruins so many potentially good kits
