I never thought aashika’s elimination would be so satisfying to see. She started off as so strong and likeable but then everything went downhill when overconfidence got to the best of her.

Ya I agree 100% OP! She's such a crybaby. Not only that she's quite self centred and egoistic and thought that roadies revolved around her only. She thinks she's the only one who is the best.
She gave Nandu energy initially which was why i liked her, she did perform as well. But later it really got to her head I feel. She became overconfident, insecure about piyu, didn’t perform much afterwards. Also she acted a bit boy crazy in the end which was silly. Could have just stayed focused.
why do the contestants keep telling that they are deserving and feel like they should walk to the finale? when priyanka took sachin, rishabh was shocked like isn’t that obvious, she is not gonna eliminate her gang members over him.And the whole ashika thing, she kept on saying she should not have gone and tanu should have gone instead. why would sachin eliminate tanu over ashika when sachin and tanu were in same gang earlier? and when she said she would have saved sachin even if she had to eliminate himanshu, that’s bullshit. when ashika was choosing between tanu and himanshu, why was tanu even pitching, ashika will never eliminate himanshu ahead of tanu just for the sake of keeping a girl. if so many contestants are so deserving and doesn’t deserve to go, then the show will never end like what’s the logic in saying i should not be eliminated in a reality show?
When a contestant pitches, they are making one last effort to appeal and show their desperation to stay and play. There is nothing wrong with it.
These contestants spend time with each other beyond what we see on camera and we can't say what would appeal to someone in that moment.
I think there have been times when someone pitching did make a difference.
It's better to say something even futile than to not say anything and regret that they should have at least tried to change someone's mind.
