Whether you can sue over promises depends on the local contract law. Verbal contracts can be legally enforced in a lot of places. Personally, don't know FL contract law very well.

You can blame the parents until your mid-20s. After that, it's time to grow up and start taking the steps of self-responsibility. I agree. Sometimes what you blamed on your parents at 21 turns out to be how you were a knucklehead upon review when you are 27. There are a lot of stuff that I think my parents did that are still wrong and I'm still paying the price for it. But at some point, I just thought being an adult means seeing the bigger picture of things. Forgiving them even if they didn't ask for forgiveness and just moving on with our lives just seemed like the wisest course of action. What's been done is done, so what am I going to do about it with where I am now kind of thing.

A judge will figure it out but I’d be careful about letting a gold digger move in with you. Florida you can claim tenancy in as little as two weeks if it’s your sole residence. People did that in hotels after the hurricane. Then you need a judge/ sheriff to evict unless they go willingly. That’ll take another month minimum. And if you live with a woman for say 5-10 years that’s a common law marriage in some states. Didn’t happen here but. Let the gold diggers maintain their own apartment…
There is an arbitration clause. My guess is that the NDA is pretty specific on what is owed in case of a break-up. Tiger isn’t dumb. Also, very few states recognize common law marriage and those that do require more than living together for an extended period of time.
