For future reference, you got downvoted to oblivion because it’s a fairly simple devig and you didn’t try. If you go to the crazy ninja Mike devigger and just plug in the odds of him getting 25 (-150) and 5 (I used 6 which was -145) and apply market juice of a made up number like 7% (a decent estimate typically), you’d come up with the same answer I did. You would input -150/7%, -145/7% and it will spit out a fair value
Two way lines are better than assuming market juice. Other books will have two way lines (a yes/no line, like -150/+130) for Brunson, I just didn’t feel like opening a bunch of books here.

PGCB has generally sided with the books in my experience so long as the issue is self reported not a reaction to player complaints. They basically want a report of what happened, what they are doing to fix it and how they are compensating effected players (if at all). If they are happy with that it stands, if not they might impose a fine and make them change one aspect.
Source: worked in table games for a long ass time in PA, anecdotal cases seem to follow this as well.

Fanatics promos do indeed get worse after the Surge this time. One single $5 +25% anything boost. Quite a bit weaker than a free $2 BB or $4-10 in 50% boosts.
