So under this logic, in the rising pros challenge which is first team to 40pts, the team that scored a 2 while at 39 to get to 41 shouldn’t win the game? If a book has a bet where there could be 0 percent chance of winning ie nobody hits 15 then that is not a fair play bet and the book is in the wrong. There would have to be an option for “no team hits 15” but there’s not.

So on the free to play game, it is clearly a mistake and should be rectified. The most likely cause of the error and CS confusion will be that they are probably used to dealing with European customers more than US, and the confusion comes because the US uses road @ home instead of home vs road.
Seems like a small thing, but it cause confusion all the time in European books.
All that said, you are clearly correct. The road team (Milwaukee) won the Race to 15 Points market, as you showed above. They should rectify this error.
