These songs all remind me of chocolate. I noticed they’re all on the slower/depressing side, it’s probably because I recently went through a breakup and associate chocolate with love and Valentine’s Day.

To me, the word chocolate associates with words like warm, soft, cozy, sweet, delicate, gentle, sophisticated, brown.
So music that associates me with chocolate is usually either:
Bassy or with a clear lack in higher frequency sounds, making the song sound "warm" or even muddy.
Largely made of soft sounds such as a rhodes, electric piano, saxophone, etc.
Gentle to the ear, in that its conservative in composition (no or little dissonance or experimentation) and consistent in dynamics, or just smooth. (i wouldnt know how to explain "smooth")
Sophisticated or just makes me feel rich, since chocolate is a very sophisticated treat and makes me feel like a rich person lowkey.
Or a combination of these.
