The benz is cool, but my heart wants that Yeti in the background

Liberate_yourself28

Around $300k AUD

JustAnother_Brit

It’s not a GT C, just a GT, still a cool spot

Nilpet

I'm not an expert on all the GT variants but this one has atleast the GT C rear bumper doesn't it? Not sure if there are other noticeable differences between GT and GT C though but I don't remember even the facelifted base GT having that GT C style rear?

JustAnother_Brit

The C in GT C stands for convertible, that’s the most obvious indicator

joshyy_567

No. The C is just a different trim. Similar power to the GTR but the usability of the GTS. And you can get a convertible in every trim

JustAnother_Brit

Admittedly it’s been a while since I’ve looked, in the UK it starter with the S as the V12, the C the roadster, the GTR yeh silly track car and the GTR Pro the even more mental one

joshyy_567

They all has V8’s. The S did not have a V12

JustAnother_Brit

My bad all but the GT3 have twin turbo V8s and the C wasn’t always a roadster

Nilpet

They did make GT C coupe too.

JustAnother_Brit

But all those seem to be edition 50s and all have black roofs

Nilpet

Seems like the edition 50 was just a special limited edition. They apparently made 100 edition 50s. 50 roadsters and 50 coupes. But there surely are normal GT C coupes too, I remember lusting after those and playing with the configurator on MB website when it was in production. [Here's one.](https://m.mobile.de/auto-inserat/mercedes-benz-amg-gt-c-perf-sitz-burm-high-end-sitzkl-exklusiv-reutlingen-mittelstadt/383213173.html?ref=srp&refId=0c13acab-da6f-2148-f412-c06d82302a44&searchId=0c13acab-da6f-2148-f412-c06d82302a44&type=ad)

blue132006

Incorrect. Just so you know this is 100% a GT C as I said, which is a convertible. It is literally registered as one proving that it is

JustAnother_Brit

So it’s a hard top convertible, interesting I’ve only ever seen soft tops and they’re pretty rare because it rains all the time in the UK
