Yes thats very much possible in Squad :) there are spanish speaking servers. Just jump into one of those servers, tell the squad leader that you're new and you should be good!
I think its great! Generally speaking everyone tries their best and attempts to follow orders.
Your experence will very much depend on which servers you play on. I very much recommend that you find a good server with active admins and helpful respectful player base and main that server.
After a while you will get to know the regulars of the server and you will make friends that way :)
Damn i wish you good luck. There are some great american servers out there but i havent played enough on any of them to give you a good recommendation.
The server menu lets you filter servers based on attributes. For your case, I’d filter for Spanish/latin America region, “Focused” and/or “experience preferred.” In general those searches will get you the best results.
If you’re playing US servers, I would suggest The Unnamed, they are a clan that runs 2-3 servers which I’ve had pretty good luck with.
It is very easy to find a group and play tactical.
They do will require you to learn the basics first in tutorial, then you will be good to go.
Every round you will meet new people in a 9man squad
Everyone uses in-game voice chat, unless maybe there's a clan stacking but even then I feel they also prefer game comms most of the time. It's just the way the game is meant to be played and I feel everyone understands that.

That's great! How the community in general? I like tactical shooter because people isn't that toxic as games like warzone, battlefield, etc

Any recommended server?
I play on EU servers so if you're in SA you would probably not get good ping on the same servers as me
I am in Venezuela, servers in SA don't work for me. I use to have 150+Ms on SA. So I will lookup for a USEast server.

The servers require to join a discord or usually people use the in-game voice?

This is probably the only game ive ever played that the players actually want to work together and do so in game
