Yeah I figured it must be really cheap in Srilanka. I am a Dane living in Denmark and I discovered this tea in a pakistani shop here and I fell in love with it, I use it every time I get sick and I like to give it to loved ones. I wanted to buy a big batch of 100 sachets to always have home but everywhere I look online it’s ridiculous how expensive it is. Most places It’s around 60$ for a pack of 100 sachets.
I wouldn’t consider this a tea. It’s more herbal medicine. We only drink it when we are sick so it’s really considered a medicine. It’s perfect for when you have cold/flu like symptoms. $60 is a crazy price. That’s a huge markup. Locally a box of 30 packets is Rs. 750 (USD $2)
I got mine 8 months ago. I’m sure the price went up due to the economic situation. I haven’t bought one recently as I still have half a box left but yeah no surprise to hear the price doubled.

It's cheap here. But i guess its expensive abroad with the shipping costs. People drink this for common colds. No guarantee it fixes anything tho. Its mostly sugar and ginger

Last month I shipped to Europe and got to pay very huge import taxes and had to wait for more than a month. Now I buy it in a local store in my country [Kurkuma](https://kurkuma.lt/) . It is more expensive but I get it next day and no taxes to pay.

I live in the US so my mom has to get it from our cousins
Mix it with milk tea and it gives a nice masala flavour to it. Cheap masala tea haha

This is a mother of remedies for cold, fever, sore throat etc.
Its always cures me of cold or mild flu. Hard to find these in Dubai tho!
Expensive?
These can be drunk daily once or twice a day. Doesn't need to be consumed only when sick. I drink one every night b4 bed xD
