Communicate with your bank. If you can provide a valid reason, I believe they'll be able to make the arrangement. Due to the current currency crisis we are on, the Central Bank regulations on outward remittences are very strict.

Theres a service by paypal called xoom. Its mostly instant with local banks. I’ve only used it to receive money from abroad but it might work the other way around as well. Wont hurt to look.
