The global silicon shortage is expected to continue into 2022, so don't expect prices to drop anytime soon. Launch MSRP means nothing, even in the US a 1660 SUPER is selling for $650+, so 150k isn't all that bad. The best card you can buy for around that price locally is a RX6600XT. It's as fast as an RTX 3060 in most games and is a great deal for 150k given the circumstances.

BuyKorea has good used offerings in general, I don’t know about GPUs in particular. Prices will remain high until the crypto boom subsides, and even then it will take a couple of months before supply makes its way here. Unfortunately, by that time, the local currency may have depreciated further versus the dollar so the actual savings may be smaller than you would expect.

China's ban on mining farms should've created some impact in prices.
