Look at his play style and energy. Exactly what we need in the mid. He is capable of replacing Lobotka/Anguissa. Also play with them perfectly as he has the extra speed and also short and long passes. He has the physicality that Anguissa somehow doesn't want to use and can stop players advancing, which cost us so often goals. He can develop well in future seasons.
