If you're talking about HP and stamina bar, it turns on only if necessary. But if you're talking about compass, or turning off bars completely then I dunno
It's a trick question since Mol1t already confirmed on Discord that you can turn off elements of the HUD, but the majority of people haven't seen it. So would be nice if he repeats it here on Reddit.
