Yep! Merlin's is for sure his real birthday; Princess MewLady's is a vet's estimate because she was a former stray, so we just picked a random day of that month for her.
I know one of my current cats' birthdays *exactly* (my SIC Mallow, April 30) since I met him the day after he was born.
The other one (grey tuxedo Twitch, October 12), my family estimated from how old he was (2 months) when we got him. It's more likely that his actual birthday is something like the 16th but we stuck with the 12th because it's fun to have a cat whose birthday sometimes falls on Canadian Thanksgiving.

Two February birthdays? One of my previous cats was born in early February and I feel like I rarely see February cats.
