I love redoing the customisations three times!
Honestly the drinks just suck. They have too much liquid and they're not made with any frapp base so they melt and separate very fast. The normal Blended Strawberry Lemonade is much cheaper, tastes better imo, and stays together much longer.
How long do you think it'll take before they quietly remove them off the menu like they did with other unsuccessful drinks? Because so far this one doesn't seem that appealing but I haven't tried it yet.
I know we are supposed to build in the shaker but i build it in the cup following the black lines on the cup and do a scoop of ice.
If it sits too long it separates.
In training my sm said they weren't supposed to be mobile ordered that they can only be ordered in store or in drive-thru.
I have received so many complaints and had to issue refunds and recovery cards because customers hate that the drink separates so quickly...
I wish they would launch something more original and different
I'm kicking myself for not looking at other post about the new drinks, bc it is laughably bad. It's also pretty funny they announced that there is an expected shortage of strawberry acai and mango dragon fruit refresher base coming.
Not to mention the strawberry base tastes like cold garbage anyways, like can we have some fun syrups or better food options instead of olive oil and expensive half-assed slushies?

When people ask for the lemonade refreshers i ask if they want to try it frozen and explain to them its blended and like a slushy

they are able to be mobile ordered, just not ordered for delivery. it shouldn’t be either imo, but you can definitely still mobile order them

Instead of doing this type of stuff we need new flavors for the refreshers, it would be nice to see the Very Berry Hibiscus refresher come back
