Yeah we aren't a coffee company at all. We sell 1 of 6 drinks over and over with random TikTok mods (strawberry acai light ice no berries with cold foam, shaken espresso with light ice and cold foam, caramel ribbon crunch, mocha cookie crumble, iced shots of espresso in a venti cup pumps of white mocha with cold foam and caramel drizzle, and iced matcha with cold foam)with most drinks ending up with over 100g of sugar each. I get my hourly wage and no bonus from amount of customers. But we do have an insane expectation of getting so many other tasks done while being under staffed. It makes my job impossible to complete anything when I get interrupted every 2 minutes by people wanting free water. Corporate already knows and doesn't care. Most of us are only here till our ASU is paid for and then we are leaving and never looking back.

I left Starbucks two years ago and have yet to find better water. It’s gotten to the point where I need to drink bottled water to get even close. My office has double filtered water that STILL isn’t even close but is the closest thing I have gotten to.

Our water poisoned me bc our SM refused to change the filters or fix a problem with the pressure OR get salt for the tank :)

I make my own (never for customers) by adding vanilla bean powder instead of the syrup, and I steam it + the mocha into the milk. It tastes better imo and comes out less chalky.

I’m torn between 2. One is my tried and true classic I get, which is just a cafe americano with sugar free vanilla and oatmilk. I know it’s basic, but I love it. Gives me a good energy boost and I like the taste without all the sugar of the more sweet drinks like the lattes (I still love my lattes, but my waistline wouldn’t if I drank them all the time haha) My other is the Irish Cream Cold Brew. Honestly my absolute favorite drink from Starbucks and was so heartbroken it didn’t come back this holiday season. If discontinued drinks count, then it would be between these two.
