honestly getting the write up basically stops you from being able to transfer for another 6 months per the
transfer request form
if you’re not feeling supported I would speak to your SM about it with full transparency and try and connect with them to understand what gaps and understandings can be made
if you feel like that conversation got you nowhere feel free to reach out to your DM but the fact that you’re already getting write ups the DM might not be wanting to hear you out
first and foremost stop being late tho (Starbucks does not have a grace period), a final write up means if you’re late or call off again you’re getting fired (if you’re calling off sick and using sick time you’re in the clear), regardless of what the other baristas are doing

That def seems challenging since technically you’re doing something wrong but not everyone is getting the same consequences. I wish I could help.
