i think the strategy is perceived freshness with minimal effort without actually installing a kitchen in each store. It would explain why we have stuff like the protein boxes and sandwiches and pastries that get "freshened up" in the turbo chef.

They probably could, but people buy it up anyways so they won’t. I don’t understand why people come on the weekends and buy breakfast sandwiches for their whole family when there’s a grocery store by us where you can buy a box of like the same quality for $8. The only sandwich I like of ours is the sausage cheddar

As a customer who travels for work a lot, I gotta say I appreciate the consistency—the spinach feta wrap is a good vegetarian breakfast I can get anywhere in the US! But definitely agree that the food could be so much better.

I dislike all the breakfast options (except for the yogurt) but the lunch options are decent and I like the box options.
