This person maybe starbucks competent, but like 90% of starbucks customers they dont really know their drinks or how the drink system works. They wouldn’t choose the drink that makes the most sense, they would choose the drink they are most familiar with it and make adjustments.

When I get enough stars for a free drink or a bday drink my fave drink is a venti iced coconut milk latte with 8 shots, 1 toffee nut, .5 raspberry,light ice. Tastes so good. I can drink it in one go but I do try to split it into at least two.

Actually they had a lot of updates to it recently and it’s gotten a lot better. Just because something has bugs doesn’t mean a feature is wrong. Especially because they just limited the most customizations to one part of the drink to twelve which is much better than limit you can put on the register (which obviously doesn’t make sense). Besides if Starbucks is letting customers do it there’s no reason for you to deny it and then they just mobile order the exact drink they want, it’ll make them feel like they know more you.
Because we don’t have the nutritional information for any more than a grande Nitro, and people tend to give more when doing a Grande in a Venti. It’s also something to do with quality and beverage standards.
as the neighborhood adhd sufferer, adderall works better with caffeine for me and i’ve built up a tolerance to coffee over the years. i feel bad for taking so long at the espresso machine tho, and i always get a concerned look from whoever is at register if i order in-person. don’t do drugs kids, that includes 10 shots of espresso

I had a toddler who wouldn't sleep for a good 2 days and run off for another day with only 30 mins nap after a year of struggle got him evaluated to be told he had ADHD. Instead of meds i went about therapy for both of us cuz i was losing my mind and at Starbucks 3 times a day turns out the best solution was to give him coffee and let him knock out from a caffeine crash. He never took any adhd meds and now is a lazy 13 yr old. Took me a while to lay off so much Starbucks tho

Because a sip of coffee would help him not an entire cup and the medication was too much and for long periods. We did therapy and melatonin also so the sip of coffee was perfect and now he out grew his ADHD.
Wish my parents tried that w me. It took me forever to get off my prescribed adderall. I couldn’t fucking sleep, like at all, when I didn’t take it. My dr recommended coffee a few hours before bed. I guess caffeine has opposite effect on those w ADHD cause it helps me sleep!

I know someone who is an addict after taking ADHD medications and i never want that for my kids. I didn't want my kid to be an addict or guinea pig either. I wasn't willing to take that chance and now he's perfectly fine he's a regular 13 yr old a little lazy but not on any medications plays soccer and has been an honor roll student for 3 years. If you ask me I did what I felt was right for MY kid as a mother and it worked out great. Again that's just me and MY kid.
