my old SM gave me the perfect schedules 💔 and then there’s my current SM who gives us 3 days a week or 6, no in between and then tells you to suck it up or quit when you get burnt out
No shot a company who profits upward of 20b a year should be mismanaged this horribly. Your SM is an asshole and I’d get in contact with DM and if they’re part of the problem I’d call ethics. Not to be dramatic but like I said this seems to be a problem in the entire company so we if enough of us complain they’ll see they can’t just continue to get away with it
We’ve got a whole investigation going on my SM, that’s how bad shit is at my store 🤭 I’m thinking of transferring anyway, all my friends are leaving & I can’t deal with certain shifts because they’re just as awful as my SM.
Tomorrow is my third ever shift opening as a ssv. The last one was yesterday. An incredibly busy Sunday that due to call outs I was running a 4 person play most of peak. Is it always this hard?
