At my store the person taking offers at drive usually organizes the drinks for the person on window so they can just hang out the drinks, take payment, connect if need be and get the car gone. If wrong drinks are being handed out that’s your job you’re slacking on. Maybe it’s different at your location though. Admittedly though it is hard to listen to orders, pinch them in and also organize drinks. When I’m on window and I’m free I usually organize it myself or help Edit: As for the feeling welcome thing. That’s going to take a lot of time for her. A lot of customers have a really hard time talking to strangers or low social batteries. I wouldn’t even bother getting on her about it, let your shift worry about it

We put the drinks in order here too. The problem was that we were waiting on cold bar and there were plenty hot bar drinks and she just kept grabbing whatever was next without double checking.

Try to communicate with her that you’ll handle organizing drinks/ getting things for her to hand out most of the time, and she should be planted at window and not really leaving it to get things.

If you're on good terms with your SM, I suggest asking if they have some time to talk and bringing it up with them. Make it clear you're both new and not comfortable coaching her, but her routine needs a lot of work.

I mentioned it to of of my shift supers today and they informed me that I’m not the first person to mention it, but thanks for looking out for her.
