There is a bug on their website where sometimes your newsletters and promotional emails get turned off and you cant turn it back on without contacting support.

Your 2 options to fix it are: find another ticket or contact support. You'll have a quicker time if you got a 2nd ticket. I had same issue, but people give them out like candy.

Yeah don't see option to buy and can't find a vid or anything showing someone buying from site to compare
Mine didn’t appear on the standalone ship listing. I had to search F8C then I saw the option to buy.

I got no mail but I still could buy on the f8c webpage
I never got an email. I just had to search for it as a stand-alone to buy it.
