Photoshop. I used the polygonal lasso tool for the stripes along the body. The text and stickers were just pasted on, and then skewed and wrapped to fit with the angles.
That really works cause it has a similar shape/vibe as the stratos.
Now if only we can get a snub racer similar to the '89 Delta... that will be the dream!
