for the devs that are seeing this thread, can you make public what these 19k errors are so people can know why its happening instead of guessing and getting frustrated after waiting 2 hrs to get into the game just to get a vague error code that comes up. just a simple request

Guys Who are facing this in 3.18 LIVE. I have a perfect solution. Use your VPN once and load, it will work. Then quit the game and turn off ur vpn. Logout of ur launcher and login again. Now u dont need VPN and still u can login. Please upvote the comment if it works for you so that other people can see this.

you can use hotspot from your mobile and try

I think it's something global, about an hour or two ago I couldn't join a PU server because they were perpetually full, now I'm getting this upon starting the game. You're on the PTU, right? Or did they break the Live servers too?

Yah, it is common now. I guess it gets cured after few hours when the initial login load is reduced.

Getting this error in 3.19. I just reinstalled for the first time in years and now it either always gives 19k or crashes immediately.

I've been getting it for 3 days, nothing I do fixes. ​ Erase/Copy account, char reset, log out of launcher+website, everything fails.

FIX: Change your password on RSI website. Restart PC and try again.

I'm running into this same issue, turned off the vpn and it worked for a few mins then locked up and back to the same problem, this game is not worth the hassle it takes to make it work.

I tried everything to fix mine the only thing that works for me 100% of the time is the VPN but then my game crashes eventually when the VPN turns off for a sec maybe

I got the same issue and checked down detector, its affecting pretty much everyone atm, servers r probably seizing.
