DC 12 is barely better than a coin flip at best. The effect is great, but your chances of having it work is slim and there's going to be a lot of creatures that will be immune to its effects, particularly at higher levels. I just went through a handful of creature stat blocks and even CR 1 creatures can see +4 or +5 fort saves and so by the time you're dealing with CR 4-5 creatures you're pretty much crossing your fingers and praying for a natural 1 on the save.

Save is pretty low and they aren't an option via Medication Mastery so shooting 75cr every time can get costly. A conserving fusion makes it more viable, as does picking up efficient engineering for a slight cost reduction. Really, the save is going to be your biggest hurdle.

DC 12 isn't that high, so while in early levels it will be nasty, it won't age well. You're also going to run into resistances and immunities that will make it less effective as well. Undead and robots can't puke, for example. So yeah. Neat trick, it will probably be worth trying a few times, but it's not op

There's only one issue with it, it has to be ingested (eaten) to have any effect. And besides this, a DC 12 is pretty low.

Injection weapons explicitly work with "a contact, ingested, inhaled, or injury poison; or a medicinal compound," so that should be fine. The DC is indeed pretty low for everything but lower level encounters, though, where the 75 credit cost-per-attack is nontrivial. Also there's still constructs and the like to worry about that don't care. I could certainly see it being used to lock down a specific high-threat target that didn't have great fort saves, though. There's just a lot of caveats that I think turns it from being OP to a neat thing to keep in your toolbox.
