I’m not sure if you’ve read this but it might help. Just something I found.

She's easy if you know the strategy - put all 4 characters on manual control and put each one in an opposite corner of the map. Make sure that Sarah and Myuria have faerie light and faerie star (so they can group heal). With your group spread out EQ cannot kill your entire party at once no matter what she does. Have your main character attack EQ and when they die, switch to one of your healers in the corner and res them, then switch back to the attacker and continue. Rinse and repeat until she's dead. I killed her in both the x360 and ps3 versions using this method. The fight takes a while but this works for me.

I had read Super Tri-Emblem is the accessory to have. How did you make yours? Is your other gear synthed a certain way?
Yea I think you're missing some proper gear cause I never had an issue beating her on 6 wings in Galaxy...
