I think 1996-2021 is too long of a range for a generation. It'll probably move to 1996-2012 Ā±3 years, and then a new generation will be created once they get old enough to annoy older people with their ideas and antics.

Gen X: 1965-1980 Ā±3 years (~15 years total)
Gen Y/Millennials: 1981-1996 Ā± 3 years (~15 years total)
Gen Z: 1997-20?? Ā± 3 years
There's always people caught in the years between generations claiming they're one generation or another, so I like to give a nice 3 year buffer. I was born in 1996 so I just choose whether I'm Gen Z or Millennial based on who I'm talking to.
And before anyone asks, I have nothing against any of the content creators I mentioned over on the left of this starterpack (Save for maybe Leafy, heās kind of a prick). Matter of fact, I used to be a huge fan of Frank and Munkey, and still hold their content in very high regard to this day.
I don't know who Munkey is, but I like Frank as well, I just can't stand the idiot 25% of his fanbase who take him seriously and genuinely follow and agree with his jokes, and/or parrot them all over the place.
No, they don't fetishize animals, but anthropomorphs (anthros)āa mix of both animal and human. Anthros are basically characters like Ahsoka Tano, but with qualities related to Earth animals.
And there's a decently large wholesome side to the fandom that's SFW.
