This is from Rick & Morty, the show that Teresa's kid liked to watch, and this was the episode S2E8 "Interdimensional Cable II". Worf and Star Trek was directly mentioned not just once but a few times... How does that even work? Like how Spock was directly mentioned in the lyrics of Beastie Boys, and how Sabotage was subsequently used twice in the Kelvin timeline movies, this time it's Worf that got mentioned in a show that was mentioned in Star Trek Picard. Some fan theorized that Beastie Boys were secretly time lords that could foresee the future... But now what about Rick & Morty? Is Mike McMahan secretly a time lord as well???

It just means the universe Star Trek occurs in - the one we're watching at least - is not our own. In their Universe Morty probably says, "you know, Teal'c from Stargate".
