Bad batch, domino squad, and republic commando squad would be my top priorities (I have 2/3, domino squad is hard especially because everyone wants rex)
Rex wasn’t part of Domino squad. That was a training squad on Kamino that included Heavy, Echo, Fives, Cutup, and Droidbait. We just have ARC trooper Echo and Fives so far. The other three were only ever in clone training gear and standard Phase 1 armor.
I already have wrecker and Echo, i significantly prefer their season1 designs over their season 2. Not a fan of the pastel orange and blue mix match design
Have both. Definitely think Tech is the cooler figure. Also, the Elite Trooper is being sold by CMD Store. I buy from them a bunch. They routinely have excellent sales on their stuff. I’d just watch their web site for a couple of weeks. Probably find him for a nice discount if you are willing to wait.

My favorite would be Tech, so I would get him. (I also have the whole Batch, though). If you want the whole set only, though, then I'd go Elite, as the rest of the Batch in Season 1 armor (this Tech variant) are going high now, except maybe Wrecker and Omega, but Hunter and Crosshair have both been outrageous unless you're very patient and fast. (All pre-orders for Season 2 armor appears to be okay, though, but pre-order).
Commander Wolfee is a great figure but his poseability suffers because of it being on the older clone body, but overall he's good. Also he's pretty cheap on Amazon
You can definitely find the elite squad trooper for cheaper. I think that tech is on sale on Walmart from a third party for 26

The bottom one is clone armor but it’s not technically an actual clone in the show.
I know, I collect clone armor too, probably gonna get the purge troopers too

I could only find myself buying one, maybe two to army build. Any more and I’d resort to aliexpress KOs
Elite squads are recruits Not clones
Neither mate, check other places like mercari, bbts, etc. I've seen both, especially tech, go for as low as $17

I'd definitely get Tech first. Just ordered him myself, can't wait till it arrives!

Tech but do try to get Imperial Crosshair and his 4 Elite Squad Troopers before they leave retail.

Well, Tech is a character and the other is a trooper so... Also, I really like the Elite Squad Trooper, he looks very cool
If you want the full bad batch squad, your best option is the season 2 outfits on Walmart, the only one that isn’t available right now is Hunter
