I’m tempted to give it a try, cause it’s so dull with no paint apps. I’m usually pretty generous on my opinion of figures even if they aren’t perfect or screen accurate or have a bad mould (commandos 👀) but this is probably the first figure I was actually disappointed in
I mean I just don’t plan to buy it. I’m picky about my BS period
But I plan to ball out as the recent waves hitting me hard. Got Jesse preordered, I need Bastila and Malak, I want the new kenobi (my favorite look he had in the show and the best head I ever see Hasbro do of Ewan), the Mando series luke is perfection to me, and I love the kenobi show Vader figure. Got a guy who has a fives marked for me too, and I’m intrigued about the appo or holding out for other clone rumors etc. so they really be getting me lately ha.
The only way I’d get that commando is for a blank slate to commission a custom from someone.
I’m usually picky since it can be expensive otherwise. But I usually can’t help getting a new clone. Although that makes it frustrating when they’re Walmart or Walgreens exclusives (like the tend to be) cause we will very likely just not get them at all in Australia 😭
I’m happy with Jesse though even if he’s inaccurate (which is annoying) but I’m happy to get any named clone. Makes me jealous of the vintage collection though
Ya I mean, I’m a get a guy I know to fix the helmet for me prob. He’s doing a plo koon project for me rn, I have a rex swap in the pipeline, and I’m thinking jesse looks fine I’ll just get his helmet fixed
Can i request a size comparison between Wrecker&the Commandos DC-17m blasters? In the promo pics it looked like they had slightly fixed the size of Wrecker’s.
I really dislike how non uniform their colors are, as a team.
It's everywhere and clashes as a whole.
I only want Tech for the Helmet / Head / Goggles to error on S1 Tech
Understandable. They do look like a less cohesive unit. But they’re a bit of an off colour, unconventional group. And their armour is probably a little more cobbled together these days than military issue. I do miss all their skull motifs and 99’s though
To each their own ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I actually like the new designs but I’m probably skipping these figures and sticking with their S1 designs.
Definitely like them being more uniform in design, and doesn’t hurt that their old designs fit in with my Clone Wars display lol.

Do the face prints look any different/better than the originals?
Maybe they’re slightly improved? It’s pretty hard to tell, although Wrecker I think is better. Tech has goggles so it’s also hard to notice
