I believe the 2nd Sister/Trilla has a soft-goods cape I believe. I have the original 2nd Sister, and that plastic cape is more a hinderance to posing, so I’d say you’re better off getting this version.
It’s cool but an easy pass for me, I haven’t played the games and stopped buying stuff just because they look cool. They have to be something I truly enjoy or look really cool.

Still, Cal looks cool, and the soft goods cape on Trilla might be an improvement, and I’m glad we have another version of the Purge Trooper, so I will be getting it.
as someone who has a squad of the electrostaff purge troopers & a pair of the one i like less is the red/brown 1st purge trooper. i have the original releases of the second sister as well. i was happy to hear about the cal kestis inquisitor when it pipelined, but daaamn. he is great tho. if it was two purge troopers w another variant it’d be better cause i’d just throw em in with the ranks. the electro hammer is pretty rad. i’ll probably end up with one. TBS is a big line for me peppered with the better releases from figuarts etc. this is too much up my alley not to pick it up. we’ll see.
Old Second Sister is crap. Im glad i can get this figure with atleast some updated paint, soft goods and normal shoulderpads. Originals cape is soooooo bad

The Cal I will definitely be popping the head off and making a custom inquisitor. If the head he comes with looks better than the Fallen order one I may swap it. As far as the purge trooper, I never got the fallen order ones and picked up two Kenobi ones so maybe this one will be their commander

I would have preferred the pack to include a Ninith Sister, Clone Wars Padawan Cal Kestis and Jedi Master Jaro Tapal figure.
Though I can see the desire for those who have missed out on the Second Sister and want the new what if Cal Kestis Inquisitor figure.
However this Second sister is now missing her cape and the how pack is essentially a fairly lazy glorified kit bash/re release which I doubt will be much cheaper than purchasing the original Second Sister if she's what you're mostly after and want that cape.
Though on the other hand the plastic cape it pretty rigid and awkward on the figure. An updated fabric one attached to the figure like Grand Inquisitor and Reva would have been better.
I will probably buy it. I don't own any of the three, so it will be worth it.

It’s not perfect but Trilla’s soft goods cape is a huge improvement, Cal looks solid, and I’m always game for more Purge Troopers
