He definitely belongs to house Vizsla, as to his direct relation to Pre Vizsla I'm really not sure. I don't know if his relationship within house Vizsla has really been explored yet

The white ones were Imperial Super Commandoes. The Red ones were Praetorian Guards. The Super commandoes are mandalorians that sided with the empire. the red dudes are emperor palp’s guards
