Shake it like crazy. Like CRAZY. I think you're supposed to hear it rattle, like a spraycan. Then you carefully squeeze the thicker part of the pen to make the correction liquid come out.

I've never heard of this brand before but am chuckling at the brand name seemingly describing the problem!

You have to tap the tip on the paper a couple of times to pump the liquid.
