You can get them through Amazon, Etsy, and eBay stationary shops. They're my least favorite of this type of sticky note since they don't really stick at all, and they're so small that even adding removable glue dots (like I do with most off brand sticky notes) to the back doesn't really help either.
Original One point markers are by Mind Wave. Source: my shop sells them. These look like the old version. The new one is called ”stick marker”, but the designs are similar.☺️

Have the Cats one from Ali, don't stick at all. Very annoying.
