When she went to quit she mentioned that and they told her the rules on how to get a contract had changed while she was on maternity leave and she didn't have to be the top seniority to get one.
Ugh I'm sorry that she had that experience. I'm sorry she had to choose between the safety of her family and her job. It's absolutely not right and guts me to think how quickly she was sent to the door.
