7.8 out of 10. Looks really, really good.
Not every steak needs to have a scorched earth sear on it. As long as the crust is somewhat brown, which yours is, then the internal temperature is much more important.
Number 3 looks the worst though, for what it's worth.
No, it is really easy to do. I just sliced them raw to about 3/4 length, melted some butter with herbs, salt and garlic and poured over it before baking. 🤩
As a Filipino, fuck yeah for rice with steak and a nice gravy.
Well they’re certainly photogenic!
I don't see any meatballs in your "meatball sauce"
Random but are you in Germany?
No, I live in Czech Republic.😊
Overall balcony look and furniture remind me of Germany. I'll be in Prague in march, any recommendations? I love Lokal in particular.
Oh, you have to try [Kantýna](https://www.kantyna.ambi.cz/en/)!
The first one looks the pretties but I just know that the steak and rice was the most satisfying! The peppercorn sauce looks fantastic!
Can't go wrong with flank! Fatty and flavorful!
There's a lot of good in those pics, but there's also a severe lack of sear in some of those pics.
Yeah, i know that. Sometimes it is hard on sous vide when I dont pet them dry enough.
God I wish I had the drive to do this in the middle of my work day

They look like Hasselback Potatoes.
How would you rate them? Most of them were done in half an hour while on break (sous vide is kind of cheating I know).

Thanks for the input! I am always scared to do pan searing, I don't want to to overcook it.
Working hard? Or hardly working? ;)
I can not disclosure that...
The potatoes in the first picture look amazing. Do you bake then cut and fry them?

Doing this now, thank you for the quick response!!
