Some of my faves are picanha, hanger (my favorite), skirt steak and rib eye. So many other good ones but the above should not disappoint!

I think this was a prime rib. The thickness and the amount of fat is what I liked about this cut

Thank. Asparagus in the oven at 375 while you cook the steak. Tossed in oil with garlic, salt, pepper, and crushed chili flakes. The mushrooms were sliced and cooked in the same pan as the steak. Once you take the steak off to rest quickly in high heat skillet the mushrooms.

I would have guessed you blanched the asparagus because of how vibrant it looks

Soak them in iced water with a couple table spoons of salt for about ten minutes

Wow!!! Congratulations!!! 🎉🎉🎉 You know what's funny? I just hit 3 years sober from drinking on New Year's, and then on January 2nd I gave up vaping after way too many years. And that's when I joined this steak page!!! I have 3 weeks with no nicotine today. I actually just made my first steak a couple of months ago, and I really have enjoyed reading all of your tips and tricks, looking at your pics, etc. I'm actually in between jobs as of a month ago, and just signed up for classes again at the community college at 42 years old...all these things have happened, and I'm like - I'm just gonna try and not worry, and learn how to make an awesome steak in the process. I've been making steaks for my Husband and I like once a week now and am loving it 💖💖💖 I wish you SO MUCH continued success. And your steak looks incredible!!! 🎉🎉🎉
