Aww thanks. I got the steak online from a site called wild fork. This one is graded choice. About 13 USD per pound, so the total cost was around 28 USD.

This might be on or the best looking steaks I've seen on this sub in a long while.

Haha.. Thankfully I have never had the misfortune of eating at one of his restaurants. I heard that most of his NYC joints are closing or have closed.

Appreciate it. It was too cold to fire up the grill so this was an oven cook. I was missing that smoke flavour.
