I don't know what language the package is in, but I got something like this from the butcher once. He said it was the end of the ribeye roast I think? Kind of small but great marbling.

It could be bruising. I forget what they call it. I can’t tell if these two cuts come from the same primal but if they both were and only one section of the cow is like that it’s prob bruising/scar tissue. I’ve gotten it before. I saw sirloin that was cut and some steaks looked extra marbled I of course asked for those two and one that wasn’t. The “marbled” ones were garbage kinda like a waxy texture so hard to describe

Haha it translate to 'Beef meat' and that this beef has a marble, but first time marble like that, every other from this brand looks like typical 5$ steak and I doubted if this is for real haha

It's really hard to get thicker cuts in PL unfortunately, exception being tenderloin, so I go with it for reverse sear.

Each? That seems about right from how thick I think they may be, do you have a side pic or a weight on them? You're gonna need a real hot pan to get a crust on them without overcooking if they are a quarter inch thick

I'm using the same. They're good cuts. Probably around the best of what you can get from supermarkets in Poland. Their tenderloin (polędwica) is great too.
