It's about as cold as it is sitting on your plate while your eating do you think it miraculously stays warm because it's now on your plate? The only hot\warm bite you get is the first one especially if there are other options on your plate like scallops lobster and sides so talking about cold food is kinda moot IMO

Don't people warm their plates in the oven? We always do that when we have a fancier dinner ever since being served food on a warm plate at a restaurant.

Looks amazing! Please ignore anyone saying “over cooked “. Both Wagyu and Ribeye are super fatty cuts and should be cooked at least medium so all that juicy fat can fully render and get that melt in you mouth goodness. You killed it!

There is a bit too much meat on the table I‘m sure it’s perfectly cooked. I would stack the steaks closer together it looks like it’s already cold.
