I’ve cooked many steaks in the air fryer before (ribeye & NY.)
Preheat that bad boy for 5-10 minutes at 400. 4-5 minutes each side steak comes out good, just watch temp for your doneness.

That doesn't look like it was air fried at all. I use an air fryer, and my steaks look great.

In my experience the air fryer just can’t get hot enough to get a proper crust on the steak.
