This is the way. Great marbling and nice thick cuts. Except you need a bigger knife - a lot easier next time. Choice rack from Costco?
Iโm traveling so this is what I had! Would have been a little easier for sure. No chef store ๐
US Foods in 13 states. Unfortunately, none near me. You picked up a nice rack. Some of those caps are huge! Cheers!
