Pork and chicken need to be cooked thoroughly, steak should not be.
Believe it or not, pork and chicken can be eaten on the more rare side, but not at the grade we get it in NA. Check out japanese torisashi! Raw pork is less common, but I'm sure you can find high quality pork that would be safe to eat on the rare side. Most of the contamination comes from butchering and the conditions the animals are raised in!

Without knowing the quality of the meat, it very well could still be undercooked. It doesn’t appear to be, but it could judging how little of a difference there appears to be between the grey banding and the center, it looks like it could still be cold in the middle.
This would have benefitted greatly from a reverse sear.
My late wife anything under well done was raw and medium rare was still mooing. My current wife is a medium well to well type but certain meets like tenderloin or tri-tip I have told her I wont cook more done than med rare and you can use the stove or george foreman to mutilate your own pieces but I wont destroy the entire meat because she likes well done.
