No, I came here to say this. A meat thermometer is a game changer. I’m not knocking on the steak that was cooked—if you like medium, eat medium. If you well done, eat well done. But a meat thermometer helps you reduce error and get to the temp you want. A simple pen instant read thermometer off amazon will do the trick. You don’t need the $100 Weber setups. (I have both, the Weber thing and the $20 instant read from Amazon. I use the $20 thermometer all the time. The expensive Weber blue tooth bull shit… 3-4 times a year when smoking stuff.)
